Let’s talk about one of the simplest, most underrated beauty and wellness hacks out there… HYDRATION.
Yep. That thing we know we should do but don’t always keep up with. I’m talking about drinking water like it’s your job and giving your skin the hydration it craves through your skincare routine.

Aim for at least 64 oz a day, more if you’re outside, active, or sipping caffeine like it’s your personality. 😉
