Change. It’s one of those things we know is inevitable, yet somehow it always manages to shake us to our core. And right now, if you’re feeling a little (or a lot) out of sorts with all the changes happening at Color Street—same, friend. Same.

With the upcoming model changes, there’s an undeniable sense of transformation in the air. It’s exciting. It’s nerve-wracking. It’s like standing at the edge of a high dive, knowing you’re about to plunge into something new, but also questioning if you remembered how to swim. (Spoiler: We do. We’ve got this.)

If I’m being honest, my emotions have been all over the place. One minute, I’m pumped about the fresh opportunities ahead. The next, I’m wondering if I should just crawl under a weighted blanket and wait it out. (Anyone else?) But here’s the thing—growth isn’t supposed to feel comfortable. In fact, if it doesn’t scare you a little, is it even worth pursuing?

Color Street is evolving, and with evolution comes uncertainty. But uncertainty also brings possibility. It forces us to adapt, to push ourselves, and to rise to the occasion in ways we never imagined. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s scary. But it’s also a sign that something bigger is coming, something worth leaning into.

So, here’s to embracing the messy middle. To feeling all the feelings, but showing up anyway. To trusting that every shift, twist, and turn is leading us to something even better. Because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that when you dare to grow—when you step outside of what’s familiar—that’s when the real magic happens.
