How to Keep Your Glow When Life is Crazy

The holiday season is officially upon us. The time of year when our calendars are full, our routines almost non-existent, and self-care is a long forgotten theory. The truth is, this is the time of year we need to be making time for ourselves. Just for our sanity.

Sometimes , it’s the littlest things, that we sometimes take for granted, that can actually help call us back to ourselves and what really matters. Wether that’s, quiet coffee time with your honey, morning tea with furry friend cuddles or a quick chat with a good friend. These are the moments that refill us.

As things start getting more chaotic, it’s so easy to let these things slide. . The trick is being intentional. Add these things to your calendar if you have to. Take 2 minutes at the start of your week and schedule your me time. Who says it needs to be spontaneous? It’s needs to be consistent and like I said above, intentional.

When you slow down, take the time for the things you’re truly grateful for, you will find you glow differently.

So make sure, you are finding those moments you are grateful for. Learn to make them a priority to help you grow, stay grounded and to hold onto your glow all season long.
