Pour your favorite drink—water, wine, coffee, or something with a little umbrella (hey, I don’t judge 🍹)—and sit your fabulous self down.

Now, take a deep breath.
No really.
Inhale. Exhale.

Then…

  • ✨ Wash your face
  • ✨ Slather on that cream that makes you feel like a glazed donut
  • ✨ Light a candle
  • ✨ Scroll without guilt
  • ✨ Say no
  • ✨ Lock the door and pretend you don’t exist for 5 minutes (okay, maybe 10)

It’s not selfish. It’s survival.
Sometimes, you’ve gotta be the grown-up who puts yourself in a time-out—for sanity, for skincare, and for your soul. 💆‍♀️
