A Simple Spring Shift for You
I don’t know why, but March always feels like a quiet invitation to reset.
The loud pressure of January goals has faded and the chaos of holiday rush is in the rear view mirror. It’s staying lighter later and everything starts to feel warmer. The trees are in bud and the flowers start to poke back up.
Hibernation mode seems to slip behind us and there just seems to be a gentle nudge to shift. I’m not saying a major overhaul, but a simple renewal.
This year, I’m keeping it simple. I’m committing to at least 10 minutes of self-care every day. Just to help with my peace of mind and wellbeing.

Nothing dramatic. Nothing earth shattering, Nothing huge. Not something that requires a new planner or a full routine reset.
Just some intentional little things that can make a huge difference. Simple things that are sustainable and easy.
- Sitting down with a book instead of scrolling.
- Taking a little extra time with my skincare ritual instead of rushing it.
- Stepping outside for fresh air before opening my laptop.
- Making my iced coffee and actually sitting down to enjoy it instead of drinking it while answering messages.
Ten minutes, I’m promising myself just ten minuets a day for a gentle reset. That’s it.
Even working from home, it’s easy to roll straight from bed into work mode. To move from task to task without ever really pausing.
But restoring energy doesn’t require a weekend retreat. A day at the spa, or a total disconnect.
It just requires a little space.
When we restore ourselves — our energy, our focus, our calm — everything else begins to flow a little easier.
This March, I’m leaning into Fresh Starts.
Not with pressure, not aiming for perfection, but with intention.
If something in your life feels heavy right now, maybe your reset doesn’t need to be dramatic or over the top either. Maybe you just need ten minutes.
Spring is coming. 🌿 Where do you think you could give yourself just ten minutes back?
